Located 15 km from Sept-Îles on the beautiful beaches of the St. Lawrence River, not far from the mythical Moisie River (Mishtashipu), Athéna Aventure wishes to make known the Innu culture from several angles and facets still unknown: animal taxidermist collection, accommodation in cabins and micro-cabins, therapeutic spa experiences, culinary experiences, fly fishing packages, sea excursions, lobster fishing, marine animal observation, snowmobile excursions beyond the 50th parallel, cultural immersion packages Innu.

Auberge Nature

Region: Côte-Nord

The project consists in setting up a nature inn that will allow customers to immerse themselves in a true North Coast experience. It has four divisions: a festive inn, an inn offering nature activities at sea and in the forest, a diving station to train customers in this activity sector, a possibility to rent equipment or to be guided, as well as a hostel associated with a travel agency. Initially, the project aims to consolide the activities already operated by the three partners: to offer gin and its derivative products from the Vent-du-Nord distillery, to provide a place to stay during the stay of visitors in the region and to train more divers and to sell more diving related products.

Aventures Nitassinan

Aventures Nitassinan will offer sustainable and responsible tourism products combining Innu culture and adventure and nature tourism on the Nitassinan of Nutashkuan. Sharing the Innu culture will be at the center of the service offer; it will be the WOW of the customer experience. The adventures will be guided and will include experiential accommodation.

Festival du conte et de la légende de l’Innucadie

Region: Côte-Nord

The Innucadie Trail is a historic circulation space between Nutashkuan and Natashquan. It will take the form of a poetic stroll presenting works by our famous local artists: the poets Joséphine Bacon and Gilles Vigneault. This project aims to promote the inter-knowledge of our peoples and constitutes a rare and original example of multicultural integration contributing to a better understanding of our differences. It is a symbol of reconciliation between peoples.

Diana Lake Lodge Outfitting

Region: Nunavik

Outfitter Diana Lake Lodge aims to redevelop and reopen the former Diana Lake Lodge, nestled in the wilderness of Nunavik and bordered by Hudson Bay to the west, Ungava Bay to the north and Labrador to the east. Once fully renovated, the lodge will offer sport fishing, ecotourism, adventure tours, wildlife viewing and photography, all with comfortable accommodation.

With its main camp located in the Tasiujaq islands, home of the world’s greatest tides, our clients will get the opportunity to witness the breathtaking tidal currents, polar bears, Muskox, Caribou, seals, birds and more. With modern and safe accommodation and with experienced guides, our clients can relax and take in the beauty that Nunavik has to offer. Although our main focus is to showcase the Tasiujaq Islands, we offer catered tours to our clients’ requests, including boating tours in the Ungava Bay.

The Haute-St-Jean Outfitter invites you to live an Atlantic salmon fishing experience in an atmosphere of relaxation and rejuvenation. Our project is divided into four parts: developing a snowmobile relay, finalizing the solar energy installations, building a new service site in the Étang sector, obtaining the bear hunting permit, maintaining and developing services responding to medium and high-end markets, as well as diversifying the activities offered by the outfitter.

Our project aims to develop various recreational and eco-responsible activities that go directly with our ecological and 100% autonomous accommodation. We aim to develop strategic partnerships, improve our performance and the efficiency of our homes as well as evaluate business opportunities with the current reception building.

Expéditions Pirsuq 

Region: Côte-Nord

Pirsuq Expeditions is an outdoor and adventure company offering sea excursions with observation of marine mammals and aquatic birds as well as a guide service for off-trail snowmobiling. The project consists of building a docking station to improve the service offer by adding survival courses in an isolated environment, initiation to winter camping, ice fishing, as well as a reception area for off road snowmobilers. In addition, the company intends to acquire a sailboat to offer initiation to sailing and accommodation on the installation. We also plan to offer the excursion service by inflatable to discover the impactites on René-Levasseur Island.

Noryak Aventures offers packages from 1 to 8 days, punctuated with original dishes with local flavor, in exceptional territories of the North Shore. In river descent or sea kayaking, Noryak Aventures puts quality and authenticity at the heart of its approach. The project will make it possible to consolidate certain strategic products, to develop new adventure products outside the summer season, and to evaluate the implementation of infrastructures on an operation site for storage, cooking, accommodation and hospitality.

Expand and diversify the ecotourism offer around the Château and the village of Baie-Johan-Beetz by developing various circuits in Minganie, inland and on the St. Lawrence River, in partnership with communities and local stakeholders or regional. Our project is in line with the principles of sustainable tourism and also includes the development of regional gastronomy, unusual accommodation and traditional indigenous activities.

Lac Goéland Outfitting

Region: Eeyou Istchee Baie-James

The project is called “Outpost camp”. The aim is to offer, from the outfitter's main site, accessible by seaplane, a unique experience of isolation in the forest, where customers eager for extraordinary wildlife experiences and exceptional fishing will be accompanied by pilot guides, which will offer a unique experience. Clients will stay in comfortable base camps that will give them an insight into the ancestral lifestyle of Aboriginal peoples. A river exploration component is also in the expansion plans. The addition of different packages will diversify the offer and make available a brand-new product in the southwestern region of Eeyou Istchee Baie-James.
