Aventure 52e Parallèle

Aventure 52e Parallèle offers guided hikes to explore the famous snow wall of Fermont and Labrador City, particularly in the Severson Mountains and on Mount Daviault (duration: 1.5 to 3 hours). Our project involves offering guided snowmobile tours exclusively in the spring (mid-April), north of Fermont, to showcase the northern experience in all its splendor. In a second phase, tourist accommodations will also be offered in Fermont to enhance visitors’ stays in a mining setting.

Chalets Didoche

Chalets Didoche offers eco-friendly accommodations nestled in the heart of nature, featuring high-end, energy-self-sufficient lodging units. Our project aims to develop the winter tourism market by offering guided snowmobile expedition packages in northern regions, as well as acquiring an electric boat to provide a new eco-friendly and VIP experience for our niche clientele.

Hôtellerie Puamun

Marc-Antoine Ishpatau Enterprises’ project aims to offer an authentic Innu experience through the Puamun Hotel, unique teepee accommodations (ready-to-camp), a restaurant and smokehouse, and outdoor activities—all designed to create spaces for meeting, gathering, and sharing. We also aim to establish a rental center for electric fat bikes and canoes to allow visitors to enjoy nature and extend their stay in Minganie.

Noryak Aventures

The Noryak Aventures project aims to reach a new stage of development by increasing customer traffic through more targeted marketing, optimized search engine optimization (SEO), and expansion into international markets. The goal is to structure our entire offering around our kayak base camp—our flagship product that fosters customer loyalty—and to establish a refreshed lineup that includes guided expeditions, water sports training, sea kayaking, canoeing, and rafting, while also exploring opportunities for winter activities.

Parc nature de Pointe-aux-Outardes

The Pointe-aux-Outardes Nature Park continues its development toward year-round operation, with a program of activities for winter, spring, and fall, as well as year-round lodging. These new offerings aim to strengthen the region’s tourism offerings by adding unique winter experiences and high-end lodging. All of this is being done in collaboration with local partners to enable the Nature Park to increase its self-generated revenue and extend visitors’ stays. The Park is thus becoming a model of innovative ecotourism on the North Shore.

Pourvoirie La Corneille

Pourvoirie La Corneille offers catch-and-release salmon fishing trips and vacation accommodations between Havre-Saint-Pierre and the village of Baie-Johan-Beetz on the North Shore. Our project aims to expand the lodging options on the La Corneille Peninsula (1 cottage) in the heart of the Mingan Archipelago by adding a relaxation and wellness area inspired by the sea and an outdoor dining area during the off-season. We also hope to develop lodging options on Lake Tanguay and Lake Turgeon, which are connected by waterways (rivers and portages) from the main site.

Pourvoirie Lac Geneviève d’Anticosti

The Pourvoirie du Lac Geneviève d'Anticosti is a nonprofit organization that offers hunting, fishing, and vacation packages to locals and visitors, as well as day-trip activities for its members. Our project aims to develop an interpretive and caving trail (including design and interpretive signs) focused on wildlife, ecology, and geology, with the goal of helping visitors discover the natural splendors of the Grotte des Trois Plaines.

PARCOURS JAMÉSIE

Hotel Matag

Hotel Matag offers modern, welcoming, and conveniently located accommodations in the town of Matagami. Visitors currently have direct access to the snowmobile trails. The project aims to provide snowmobilers with a heated garage and year-round recreational activities: mountain bikes, paddleboards, and kayaks in the summer, as well as fat bikes and snowmobiles in the winter.
